THE LIFFEY FALLS

We've had a lot of rain lately and in fact I recorded 29 mm over a 14 hour period up to 3pm today. With that in mind, my wife Val and I are off to the Liffey Valley tomorrow to see how much water is flowing through the Liffey Valley.
This area is about an hour's drive from our place and is a magnificent area of temperate rainforest.
The waterfall pictured today accompanied by two versions with different filters added, is the main feature of the valley. I shall post some images tomorrow to compare/contrast with today's image.
