TEXTURED ROCKS 2.

Today's image is another from the Lake St. Clair area and there's a nice balance in this composition.

TEXTURED ROCKS 1.

Lake St. Clair, on the western side of Tasmania's Central Plateau, is a wonderful area of natural beauty. I love wandering around the southern shores of the lake where there are many rocky areas worthy of attention by the keen photographer.
I have produced a number of coloured pencil drawings from this area and they have been featured from time to time on my weblog, http://artkleko.wordpress.com.
Today's image has been 'assisted' by Photoshop but it does give a good insight to the quietness and tranquility which so often pervades this area.
If you ever come Tasmania you must visit this area, you won't be disappointed!
