Yesterday I returned after 5 days in the south of Tasmania, so I thought I'd share a few photos with you of the trip.

OUT OF THE SHADOWS




Rainforests are usually dark places and to add to the "atmosphere", it was quite a dull day when we visited the Liffey Falls last Sunday week.
This photo of the Liffey River above the falls, shows "mood" of the surrounding vegetation quite well. The canopy here is quite dense and when there is a gap the light reveals the wonderful colours that abound.
